My guess: Scrum is the best misunderstood idea of all times.
Being on a Scrum team means working in the same context with all the other team members.
Same context is not 10 individual tickets in parallel one per a person.
Same context is not testing done at the end or beginning of the next sprint.
Same context is not some people discovering and others delivering.
Same context doesn’t necessarily means 100% mobbing. It is ok to do parallel development. But within the same context.
