A New Thinking Tool for Org Design
Together with Roland Flemm, we spoke at Agile Prague 2022 about a newly developed thinking tool of ours. We call it Org Topologies.
It is a map of recognizable organizational archetypes that helps to make better org-design decisions — with more understanding of where an organization is today, and where it can go next.
